i appreciated the good breakfast with plenty of options. the spacious room was a plus. i found the parking area convenient. the friendly staff were always ready to assist.
the elevator seemed a bit small.

the hotel is easily accessible by car. it is not too far from the ski slopes, and also quite close to the center. this makes it an ideal spot for getting around.

The room was not very clean. i noticed quite a lot of dust and cobwebs. the air conditioning also seemed to need cleaning, it wasn't blowing cold air very well.

I found the breakfast and dinner to be well-organized. both meals were 100% satisfactory. the free parking was convenient and the staff was friendly. Clean rooms.
the piano was not in working order. my friend had to use his swiss army knife to open the piano so i could sing happy birthday.

the hotel's ground floor features a very clean hot water pool. in the basement, there is a sauna, a salt sauna, and a steam room and this allowed for relaxation after a day of skiing. a bar with a rich menu is also available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . They offered prompt and efficient service. the cleaning staff were particularly helpful and they addressed any room deficiencies immediately. excellent staff.

fantastic stay!
free sauna helpful staff
I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. both were amazing, fresh and delicious! the free sauna was a great bonus after a day on the slopes. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the pool could have been a bit warmer. it was clean with a decent size, yet slightly cold. a little more warmth would enhance the experience.

varied food friendly staff clean room
the food was delicious and varied with the half board option. the staff was friendly and helpful at reception, in the restaurant, and at the spa (they were so friendly!). rooms were very clean. the parking area was big and close to the entrance.
the facilities got a little crowded sometimes.
